Academy Press PLC has released it half year result showing that it recovered from a net loss of NGN23,7 million in half year 2014 to NGN14.1 million net profit for the first half of the year.
The company’s gross profit for the period fell -88.9% to NGN341,501 million versus NGN376,531 million the company declared last year.
However, Academy Press’ working capital ratio is in the negative. The company’s current asset is currently NGN1.3 billion compared to NGN1,8 billion total current liabilities. The company would have to access fresh funds to properly manage its business cycle.
Academy Press Plc is a publishing focused company with activities in prints labels, calendars, company annual reports, books, magazines and other materials.
The company further provides printing related services like visuals, layout designs, typesetting, artwork, photography and color separation.
