Secure Electronic Technology Net Profit Rises By 93%

Secure Electronic Technology Plc, the company with the license to operate the national lottery in Nigeria has posted its Q2 2016 result showing its net revenue rose by 93%.

The company’s gross revenue rose from NGN3.6 billion within the same quarter last year to NGN3.7 billion for 2016 half year.

As a betting company winnings to stakers rose from NGN2 billion in 2015 half year to NGN2.2 billion showing that the company increased its number of bettors.

Commission to dealers also rose from NGN1,3 billion last year half year to NGN2,8 billion. Its net profit rose from NGN29 million declared in the middle of last year to NGN56 million.
