Etisalat To Cut Unspecified Number Of Jobs

Etisalat, Nigeria’s 4th largest mobile carrier will be cutting some sizeable number of jobs.

According with sources with the knowledge of the matter, the company will be cutting its workforce to cut its burn rate. However, PageOne.ng cannot independently verify the information.

Etisalat’s investment in marketing and sales has been the third largest amongst its competitors. The company has 22 million subscribers across Nigeria as at June 2016.

However the company has not made any profit since it started operations in 2007.
