Academy Press PLC said in a statement released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE that it has appointed Ernst and Young, EY as its external auditors.
The company said “Kindly note that at the last Board meeting of the above named company held on Thursday 23rd June, 2016. The Board discussed and to approved the appointment of Messrs. Ernst & Young as its external auditors.”
“The current ones (Messrs. HLB. Ososanya & Co having served for more than the stipulated period in line with the Code of Corporate Governance Issued by SEC.” the statement added.
Academy Press also said it has appointed Femi T. Akingbe “as an additional Director of the Company”
