After about three years of continuous construction and hardwork, Maryland Mall is opening for trading today.
The mall is owned by Purple Capital Ltd with equity investment from AXA Mansard Investments. The mall already boast of flagship shopping brands such as Shoprite with its Usave model. Genesis Cinemas (formerly Genesis Deluxe Cinemas) has also started its preparation to open soon.
The mall’s location gives it the advantage of getting footfall from various parts of the mainland up to Oshodi, Anthony, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Ikeja and many parts of the city.
The hard work, stress and commitment put into the project is worth commending. We look forward to the mall positioning itself properly as the competition is now getting fierce in the Lagos market.
