AIICO Insurance a major player in the general insurance business has just informed The Exchange that two people have just resigned their appointment on the board of directors of the bank.
The duo of Chief Oladele Fajemirokun and Senator Tokunbo Adebanjo have left the board. Mr Samaila Dalhat Zubairu, Mr. Bukola Oluwadiya and Mr. Ademola Adebise have joined the board.
