While a lot of controversies surround the just released studio album of Beyonce, “Lemonade”, the video is getting reviews and huge acceptance by many.
Beyoncé premiered “Lemonade”on Saturday, April 23, 2016, an hour long visual album (music and short film) on HBO laced with infidelity, betrayal, and forgiveness.
Some see it as being race centred and politically toned, while others think it that Queen Bey uses these strategy to increase the sales of the album. Piers Morgan said he did not like Lemonade because of the “deeply political and race-fuelled tone” in a piece he wrote on Daily Mail.
These controversies has not stopped the mass acceptance of the album as it has generated more than 1.8 million tweets worldwide, (according to Twitter) hours after its release.
Lemonade which has been projected to sell in the region of 500,000 and 600,000 album equivalent units in its debut week, according to Hits Daily Double, has a first-day sales projection of 200,000 copies according to NET.

Nigerian fashion designer, Amaka Osakwe, creator of the Lagos-based fashion label, Maki Oh took to Instagram to reveal that she is one of the designers behind the clothes won by Beyonce and the artists featured in her album, Lemonade.
TIDAL, an online streaming site is exclusively the site where Lemonade can be streamed. Also May 6 is said to be the release date of the album’s hard copy.
