Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur of The Court of Appeal in Lagos, Nigeria today April 7, 2016 granted Nollywood actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima a N2million bail pending the determination of a suit filed by her at the Supreme court.
The ex Actors Guild of Nigeria President, was granted the bail with strong condition that she is expected to present two sureties of like sum residing within Lagos, and must own properties in the same state.
The ex beauty queen was on March 11, 2016 sent to jail by the state Court of Appeal after being handed a 5 year jail term by the Lago State High court over the 2005 accident in which her car killed Late Dr Giwa on the Lekki Epe express way.
Nigerians, especially her colleagues have through diverse social media platforms pleaded clemency for Ibinabo Fiberesim.
