Konga Bags Quality Service Delivery Excellence Award

Nigeria’s largest online mall, Konga.com, has been recognized with a distinguished award from the Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management of Nigeria (ICSTM).

Konga was honoured with the Quality Service Delivery Excellence Award, for its new service offering – Same Day Delivery Service – during the Induction/Award Ceremony of the institute held in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

The award was given in recognition of the Company’s focused leadership amongst online shopping platforms in the country and their unwavering efforts in product innovation, especially with the launch of Same Day Delivery Service. Konga.com had recently launched the Same Day Delivery Service alongside the Keep on Shipping (KOS) Service to further improve the company’s delivery capabilities.

The Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management of Nigeria is a regulatory body registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with the sole aim of building and promoting professionalism in Customer Service delivery, Quality excellence and trade activities.

Other awards and recognitions which Konga.com has received from other organizations include the Kalahari award for the best E-commerce provider for 2015; ‘Most Supportive Customer Service Overall in Nigeria’ award by the Nigerian Customer Service Awards (NCSA) and it were listed fourth in the large companies’ category of the ‘Great Place to work in Nigeria’.
