The Super Eagles of Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw by the Pharaohs of Egypt.
At the bustling Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna State, the Eagles put a good performance by scoring in the second half.
The Pharaohs however, pulled a last minute stunt to score at the 90th minute to snatch a point from the Super Eagles. Nigeria is second on the log with 5 points while Egypt top Group G with 7 points ahead of the return leg in Alexandria on Tuesday.
However, The Pharoahs still lead Group G with 7 points, while Nigeria now have 5 points. The Super Eagles will have to defeat Egypt in Cairo to qualify for the CAF Nations Cup.
