American intelligence authorities have announced that the man in this picture has now been identified. He was captured by the CCTV camera at the Zaventem Airport Brussels as one of the alleged masterminds of the Belgium twin terror attacks.
America used their identity software to make the discovery, authorities said they have handed his details to the Belgian security forces.
