The Lagos State government has made public, the bidding for Falomo Shopping Complex under a public-private partnership arrangement. Falomo Shopping Complex is located in Ikoyi, the metropolita
n part of the state.
According to a statement from the office of Steve Ayorinde, the state Commissioner for Information & Strategy, the open bidding was part of plan of the administration of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to achieve its aggressive urban development goal in the state.
The state government had in August, 2015, terminated Falomo Shopping Complex concession, which the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) granted to Afriland Properties, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings under the chairmanship of Mr. Tony Elumelu.
