Russian state media sources reports that all 62 passengers on board are reportedly dead. Fly Dubai 981 plane was traveling from Dubai to Russia.
The Boeing 738 plane is reported to have crashed after second landing attempt. However, Russian authorities said investigations into the circumstances leading to the mishap will take months to get completed.
