After several days of scrutinizing his choices, President Obama, will be confirming Merrick Garland as the Supreme Justice to fill the vacant seat left by the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
Associated Press, AP, described Garland as a centrist candidate with decades of Judicial experience. His possible nomination will be subjected to Congress confirmation.
