To further bridge the knowledge gap in the media planning industry, the Alphabet Media Academy will be launched by experts in the field to do just that.
Eki Adzufeh, a respected media expert and current secretary general for the Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria, MIPAN, has announced the proposed opening of the academy.
In an email statement he issued to MIPAN, cited by PageOne.ng, he said:
“Alphabet Media Academy is an institution by the industry, for the industry, fully dedicated to training and creating world-class talents in media advertising. AMA aims to be the most preferred Media Academy that creates a pool of well-trained Talent that will shape the future of Media Advertising & Marketing Communications Industry in Nigeria and Africa.”
Nigeria is Africa’s second-largest advertising market after South Africa with a yearly billing for organised media agencies estimated at over N40 billion.
