Jasco Electronic said Sekretari Proprietary Limited, represented by CD Du Plessis, has resigned as Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2017.
The company said in the SENS announcement that the Board is considering the appointment of a new company secretary and expects to announce the details thereof in due
course.
The company said the CFO, Mr Warren Prinsloo, has been appointed as the acting Company Secretary.
