Abike Wesey is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Interswitch Limited. She oversees the development and implementation of Human Capital Management strategies and ensures alignment with Interswitch business goals and objectives to enhance its employee value proposition in Africa.
Prior to Interswitch, she had held diverse roles along the broad spectrum of human resource management across different industries, having worked with the Crusader Group (Now Custodian & Alliance), NAHCO, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Magnum Trust Bank and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where she was a Human Resources Consultant for 8 years.
She has attended various management development programmes in Ross Business School, Michigan and Institute of Aviation, Miami and Singapore respectively.
Abike is an Associate member of Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK.
